Who We Are
Hi, we are Zsolt & Ana, we are based in South West London. We have been brought together by the passion of providing high quality first aid courses and giving the people the confidence and skills to help out in any emergency.
Our passion for helping people learn first aid started in 2015, with delivering lifeguard courses for Royal Life Saving Society. Soon after that, we realised that there is more to first aid teaching. This motivated us to upgrade our skills, becoming qualified to teach a much wider range of first aid courses, both onsite and online.

Three-Day First Aid at Work (FAW)

Each first aid course is tailored for each individual’s needs. We are aware that everyone has different learning styles, so we strive to cover all kinds of teaching methods, that will suit all learners in the classroom. Our aim is to maximize inclusion in our classroom, so that all our learners are involved, welcomed, supported and engaged. We deliver courses entirely in-house, or entirely online, for the shorter courses. We also provide a blended option that combines onsite and online teaching in an interactive and hands-on manner.
We aim to give learners we meet in Brighton, London and Slough the closest thing to real-life hands-on experience; we use fake blood when dealing with bleeding and we cut mannequins clothes when using a defibrillator. That’s why our name is Practical First Aid.
We have the flexibility to adapt and deliver our onsite first aid courses at the customer’s venue. Whether it is a barn or a meeting room with all the technological facilities available, we deliver the highest quality of training, regardless of the venue.
